Shipping policy

We offer free insured shipping on all orders.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

- Australia: 5-14 business days

- New Zealand: 7-14 business days

- United States, United Kingdom and Canada: 7-14 business days

Priority Insured Shipping is available at checkout. Priority orders are processed and dispatched first; delivery times after dispatch are the same as above.

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays or customs.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, email support@sharpsmithco.com and we'll make it right.
