30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not happy with your Sharpsmith Co order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return

Email us at support@sharpsmithco.com with your order number. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with the return address and instructions. Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including any shipping costs. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
